DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — Archery competitors can look no further than the Dawson Creek Sportsman’s Club in June for a chance to shoot bows against the moon.

Despite its name, the Sportsman’s Club’s Midnight Sun 3D archery event will take place throughout the day on June 6th and 7th, according to a Facebook post on Saturday, May 2nd.

Events for the competition will include two 20-target courses and a flat-field competition of 10 targets.

The sportsman’s club said all levels of archery “are welcome,” and camping will be available on site.

Entry is $20 a per day for adults, and $10 for youth with entries for the entire weekend available at $30 for adults and $15 for youth.

The Midnight Sun 3D Archery competition takes place starting Saturday, June 6th, at the Dawson Creek Sportsman’s Club at 237 Riley Road Crossing, with registration beginning at 8 p.m. and competition lasting from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
