“By combining our strengths,” Heath says, “we are poised to provide even greater value to our clients and set new standards for quality, safety and performance.”
Meanwhile, Knappett Industries president Yosef Suna says his team has respected Matcon for a long time for its “reputation for excellence on the mainland” and the merger aligns with his goals for his company.
“Together, we will be able to offer more comprehensive services, greater opportunities for our employees, expand our reach and continue to provide the high-quality solutions that our clients have come to expect from us.”
According to the companies’ joint press release, the merger will allow them to maintain their quality standards while expanding the services they offer and broadening their geographic reach beyond the communities and areas they currently serve.
