Fort St John Today: Community Fundraisers

Hi everybody,

It’s another busy week in Fort St John and a big theme this time is fundraising! There are multiple endeavours this weekend to support local groups and services. We have the Skye’s Place Radiothon supported by the Fort St John Co-op happening on March 6 with our friends at 100.1 Moose FM looking to raise funds for the Women’s Resource Society. On the same day, we have the 53rd Annual CDC Talent Show which you can watch via our livestream thanks to R360 Environmental Services.

Then, on March 7 we have the 40th Annual Art Auction Gala put on by the Fort St John Community Arts Council followed by an International Women’s Day Charity Ride put on by VIVE Spin Studio to support the Women’s Resource Society on March 8. Make sure to get out there and support the community in whatever way you can!
