This news comes less than a week after another group of 31 hospitality workers at a similar facility, owned by the same company and represented by the same union, voted to strike.

Attachie Lodge workers reportedly joined the union in October and began bargaining for wage increases, improved benefits, safer workloads and travel pay in January.

Horizon North Camp Services, a division of Dexterra Group, employs the 31 workers and owns the campsite.
