Fort St. John RCMP arrests three wanted people
In a series of press releases, the Fort St. John RCMP announced the arrests of wanted Charlynn Mae Woloschuk, Shayne Steve Karey and Chad Cameron Travis.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Three people previously wanted by the RCMP have now been arrested.
The detachment announced the arrests in a series of press releases on January 30th, thanking both the media and residents for their assistance in locating the suspects.
Police confirmed in a press release that 36-year-old Charlynn Mae Woloschuk, who was the subject of a wanted notice issued on August 15th, 2025, has been taken into custody.

At the time, Woloschuk was wanted on charges including possession of stolen property under $5,000, breach of an undertaking, assault and theft under $5,000.
According to Court Services Online (CSO), Woloschuk is scheduled to appear in court on April 23rd and May 15th.
In a separate news release, the RCMP also confirmed the arrest of 42-year-old Shayne Steve Karey, who had been wanted since August 14th, 2025.
Karey was facing more than 10 outstanding warrants, including assault, possession of stolen property, breach of undertaking and eight counts of theft.

Karey does not yet have a scheduled upcoming court date.
In its third release, the detachment said 46-year-old Chad Cameron Travis, who was wanted since October 3rd, 2025 had also been arrested.
Travis had been wanted for three counts of uttering threats, along with single counts of assault and theft of a motor vehicle.
Travis is scheduled to appear in court on February 16th, according to CSO.
