Freezing rain and snow expected overnight
A weather warning has been issued for the Peace Region, saying that freezing rain is expected this afternoon, and will turn into snow overnight.
Various surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
People are asked to take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
Environment Canada meteorologists will be updating these alerts as required.
