FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Strait Group Ltd. has announced that it had bought IPAC Services Corporation on September 30.
On closing, IPAC Services Corporation was renamed Strait Mechanical Ltd. and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Strait Group Ltd.
According to Strait, this purchase will provide our customers with;
Strait Group Ltd has been in operation since 2007 with a Corporate Office in Calgary and operations center in Fort St. John.
Strait specializes in oil & gas pipeline and facility construction, maintenance and turnaround projects, integrity, and maintenance projects across Western Canada.
