Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, April 13th
Michael Troy Underhill (born 1967)

Underhille was found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer on May 15th, 2025, in Fort St. John.
They were handed a time served sentence, taking into account one day of pre-sentence custody.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing on April 13th
Luke Warrener (born 1992)
Latest Stories
Reasonable grounds were satisfied for Warrener for an incident on November 11th, 2019 and April 23rd, 2020, in Dawson Creek.
Warrener’s previous September 18th, 2025, conditional sentence is a sentence to be served outside of jail under strict conditions, sometimes called ‘house arrest,’ for a period of two years less a day, which was terminated for breaching their conditional sentence order. They must now serve the remainder of their sentences in jail. The court also imposed other ancillary orders.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing on April 14th
Stacy Ray Laglace (born 1987)
Laglace was found guilty of flight from police, driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code of Canada, and dangerous operation of a conveyance on October 18th, 2025, in Chetwynd and Moberly Lake.
They were sentenced to 112 days in jail, with time served. Laglace was handed a 12-month probation order and a one-year driving prohibition
Laglace was also found guilty of breaching a release order on November 15th, 2025 and November 25th, 2025 and breaching a probation order on September 29th, 2025, in Prince George.
They were sentenced to jail time, which they have already served.
