Behind the Scenes
The 2025 Canadian Federal Election was called on March 23, 2025, and we will be heading to the polls by April 28. Our goal here at Energeticcity.ca is to be your one-stop shop for everything going on in the Prince George – Peace River – Northern Rockies riding.
As part of that plan, we ran a survey to find out what were the most important topics this election for our readers. Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill it out! Below we have the results of that survey.

Latest Stories
As shown in the chart above, the most important topics for our readers are Healthcare (27.2%) and Sovereignty (26.6%) with Energy (17.3%), Housing (6.4%), and Other (22.5%) filling out the rest. Some of the Other topics provided included Firearms Regulations, Climate Change, and Affordability.
Readers who filled out our survey also provided their suggestions for questions to candidates. We compiled those questions and narrowed them down to the most common and applicable. We will now be reaching out to all the candidates in the riding and asking them the questions that matter most to you. Make sure to sign up for our Peace Politics newsletter and subscribe to us on YouTube and TikTok to see those interviews.
