The results are in for the 2024 BC Provincial Election. Congratulations to Jordan Kealy in Peace River North and Larry Neufeld in Peace River South for being voted into office.   1. Two Dead Following Collision: on Highway 97. Dawson Creek RCMP officers reportedly responded to the collision at 7:45 p.m. Friday, October 11th, on Highway 97 South at the intersection with 247 Road, near Arras.
  2. GoFundMe Raises Over $14,000: for the family of a teen killed in a motorcycle accident. According to RCMP officers, a collision involving a motorcycle and a Jeep Cherokee at Rose Prairie Road was reported at 5:33 p.m. on Sunday, October 13th.
  3. Court Report: for the week of October 7 to 11, 2024. Included are the latest sentences handed down from the Fort St. John and Chetwynd Provincial Courts
