City of Fort St. John revamps My City Hall website

Residents can now pay expenses such as property taxes, utility bills, and bylaw tickets online more easily, thanks to a website upgrade from the City of Fort St. John.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Residents can now pay expenses such as property taxes, utility bills, and bylaw tickets online more easily, thanks to a website upgrade from the City of Fort St. John.

According to a press release, the city has updated its My City Hall online platform to make it easier for residents to manage payments to the city.

It also has links to other city services like pet and business licensing and a property search tool.

“With the introduction of our enhanced My City Hall platform, we are taking a significant stride towards

providing a more accessible and streamlined service experience for our community,” says Director of Finance Shirley Collington.

My City Hall first launched in 2021. The new version also features an updated user interface for mobile devices.
