City launches MyCityHall

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The City has partnered with Cocoflo to launch MyCityHall.

MyCityHall is a way for residents to pay their property taxes, utilities and register dog licenses from anywhere using the mobile app or website.

According to a City release, MyCityHall provides a central, digital point of contact to link FSJ residents with City services from anywhere seamlessly.

Residents can register for an account and pay bills by downloading the app, creating an account and linking the appropriate accounts to their profile, then paying through the app when necessary.

David Joy, Chief Financial Officer, says, “This is an exciting partnership that allows the City to improve the services we offer to our citizens. The new apps and web portal enable you to pay for city services without ever leaving your couch”.

Cocoflo is a digital platform designed to change how cities manage certain tasks and interactions with residents and businesses.
