Families of missing loved ones from Dawson Creek to conduct search parties this weekend
Family and friends of Cole Hosack, Renee Didier, and Darylyn Supernant are holding another pair of search parties over the weekend.

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — Family and friends of Cole Hosack, Renee Didier, and Darylyn Supernant are holding another pair of search parties over the weekend and are asking the public for help.
Darylyn Supernant, who is 29 years old, has been missing since March 15th, 2023. Her cousin, 40-year-old Renee Didier, was last seen on December 3rd, 2023, and almost one month later, 24-year-old Cole Hosack was reported missing by friends and family on January 1st, 2024.
The search parties are scheduled for March 16th and 17th, and like the ones held prior to this weekend, the Staybridge Suites at 1324 Alaska Avenue in Dawson Creek has been established as the event’s headquarters.

A Facebook post by Cole’s mom, Julie Hosack, asks those who are willing to volunteer their time at the search parties to RSVP in the comment section of the post to assist in the planning of the event.
Volunteers who are travelling from out of town will be offered a discounted rate to stay at the Staybridge Suites.
Hosack says event organizers will hand out a door prize each day to thank volunteers for participating in the search.

Awareness decals are available for vehicles involved in the search, and Hosack is asking for donations to cover the cost, which can be sent by e-transfer to juliehosack@gmail.com or by cash in person.

A GoFundMe has also been established to raise funds for a reward for anyone who provides information that leads to Cole’s whereabouts.
Those who intend to participate in this weekend’s search parties are asked to check in at the headquarters at 10 a.m.
