FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Audielicious has won a Canadian Choice Award for the restaurants category in Fort St. John.
Audielicious owner Audie Louie Banania took to social media to share his appreciation and thanks for the award.
“It’s a pretty awesome feeling to be honoured, acknowledged, and rewarded with my team’s hard work with this kind of award from all over Canada,” Banania wrote.
“We couldn’t do it, and we won’t be here without our awesome, hardworking team and, of course, the support from the community. You are all the reason why Audielicious is still standing strong, from your unending love, support and trust.”
The owner and head chef at Audielicious has been in the Energetic City since 2013, starting as a chef at Mr. Mikes, where he stayed for around three years.
Banania then moved to work at what is now known as The Pub and Local Market in Charlie Lake. He worked there until he opened Audielicious four years ago.
In July, Banania had entered into the Carla Hall Presents Favorite Chef competition, where he nearly made it to the quarter-finals.
