TAYLOR, B.C. – The District of Taylor has proclaimed November as ‘Be An Angel Month’ in recognition of Fort St. John Hospital Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

In addition to proclaiming ‘Be An Angel Month’, Mayor Rob Fraser and Council also donated $7,500 to the Hospital Foundation’s ‘Be an Angel’ Campaign.

The Hospital Foundation was established in 1994 and over the years they have continued to show dedication working with the community to raise and manage funds to enhance patient care and comfort at the Fort St. John Hospital and Peace Villa Residential Care Facility.

Fraser says the District is always happy to support the Hospital Foundation as the Hospital provides support to the residents of Taylor.

“The District of Taylor is happy to support the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation. From freezers to keep popsicles for kids to diagnostic imaging equipment, the Foundation supports our region
and we are proud to support them.”

The ‘Be An Angel’ Campaign runs until November 30, with the ‘Light A Moose’ Campaign taking November 18 to 20 at Murray GM.
