Dawson Creek RCMP seek missing 18-year-old who missed curfew
According to the Dawson Creek RCMP, missing David Todd Laboucan Harvey is bound by a curfew and failed to return on time on January 21st.

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — The Dawson Creek RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
According to a January 27th press release from the detachment, officers responded on January 21st to a report of a breach of conditions involving David Todd Laboucan Harvey, who is bound by a curfew and failed to return on time.
Police believe Harvey may be living a “high-risk” lifestyle and say they are concerned for his wellbeing.
Harvey is described as an Indigenous man, 18 years old and standing five feet 10 inches tall (178 centimetres). He has short brown hair and grey eyes.
Anyone who sees Harvey or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Dawson Creek RCMP at (250) 784-3700.
