Fort St. John’s Christmas lights map returns to showcase city’s decked-out homes
Moose FM’s Best Decked invites the community to add their fully decked-up house to a Christmas lights map and create a go-to resource for the community this 2025 holiday season.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Residents may have a unique opportunity to have their fully lit-up houses featured on a Christmas Light Tour.
Moose FM’s Best Decked, presented by Vanak International Properties, invites the community to add their fully decked-up house to a map.
Residents can add their home address and a picture of their house to the map which will then be used to determine a route for the Christmas Light Tour.

Chris Walker, program director and afternoon show host for 100.1 Moose FM, said: “Our Best Decked Christmas lights map is one of our favourite traditions at Moose FM.
“It brightens up the dark nights and is a simple way to share a little holiday magic with your neighbours.
“Seeing families bundle up, drive around and enjoy the incredible displays our community creates is a wonderful reminder of just how special the North Peace is.”
Additionally, the public will be able to use this map to drive around looking at the various lit-up houses bringing in the festive cheer.

The map will be up for the public to view until January 2nd.
The Christmas Light Tour will happen on December 16th and 17th starting at 6.30 p.m. onwards from Burger King.
Talking about the Christmas Light Tour, Walker said: “Our Christmas Light Tour is what holiday memories in the North Peace are made of.
“It gives families a chance to bundle up, hop on the bus and explore the magic of the season, without worrying about the drive.
“We get to shine a light on the creativity and holiday spirit of our neighbours, and share a few moments of wonder together.”
