Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, October 28th
Courtney An Myers (born 1999):
Myers was found guilty of theft $5,000 or under for an incident in Dawson Creek on November 4th, 2024. Myers was issued a conditional discharge and a 12-month probation order. A conditional discharge means the record won’t show a conviction if a person meets the conditions the judge sets.
Richard Sokoloski (born 1978):
Sokoloski was issued a $500 recognizance after the allegation for an incident in Dawson Creek on November 27th, 2024. If Sokoloski fails to follow the conditions laid out by the court, they must pay the $500.
Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, October 29th
