FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Moose Media’s 12th annual Block Party returned to 100th Street this weekend.
The yearly event is organized by Moose Media, the parent company of 100.1 Moose FM and Energeticcity.ca, and presented by RE/MAX. It had previously been moved to Centennial Park while construction work was completed on 100th Street.
Featuring a kids’ zone, an arts market, live music, a petting zoo, food trucks and more, the gathering returned to its roots on September 6th.

“I’m just amazed,” said Janelia Bunal, who has resided in Fort St. John after immigrating from the Philippines more than a year ago. “I’ve never been here before. I’m going to take it all in.”
Margot Mueller was accompanied through the arts market by her young granddaughter.
“This is the first time in a long time I’ve come here,” said Mueller. “[My granddaughter] said there is going to be bouncy castles and a fishing game she wants to do.”
