Arraignment hearing for man charged after Fort St. John shooting adjourned
After his arraignment hearing was adjourned by a judge, the next court date for Kelly Shular, who faces breaking-and-entering and firearm charges, is set for August 11th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — After his arraignment hearing was adjourned by a judge, the next court date for a man facing breaking-and-entering and firearm charges in Fort St. John is set for early August.
Kelly Shular was arrested in May following a series of shooting reports investigated by the Fort St. John RCMP detachment.
Officers at the time claimed Shular was connected to the first of the three shootings.

Shular had an arraignment hearing scheduled for Monday, July 28th, but according to Court Services Online, it was adjourned by a judge.
The site now says his next court appearance is set for Monday, August 11th.
Shular is facing charges of breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence, using a firearm to commit an indictable offence, possessing a firearm contrary to an order, storage of a firearm contrary to regulations and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
