Behind the Scenes
The 2025 Federal Election is coming to a close with the official voting day tomorrow, April 28. By the end of the day, we will know who is representing us in the Prince George – Peace River – Northern Rockies riding as well as which party will be running the executive branch of the next few years.
Since the election was called, we have been your one-stop shop for everything happening in our riding, which will also include election night. Make sure to tune in to energeticcity.ca/election where we will have live results of the voting in our riding as well as the House of Commons.

Latest Stories
Thanks to a grant we received from the Public Policy Forum, Rideau Hall Foundation, and the Michener Awards Foundation, we were able to expand our coverage, meaning we were able to attend all of the forums that occurred in our riding, including Prince George. Also thanks to that grant, we created an Election Guide, where we combined all of the information on each candidate as well as their party’ platforms.
If you haven’t decided who to vote for, I encourage you to check out the guide, watch the interviews with the candidates, and read all of the other articles we have written over the last month. You can also find information on where to vote, what you need to vote, and more. And don’t forget to tune in to our election night coverage on energeticcity.ca
