FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The City of Fort St. John has arranged a public hearing regarding a zoning bylaw amendment at 114A Avenue and 100th Street.
The development would see the property undergo construction to add a second car wash, two commercial retail units, including one drive-thru restaurant, additional outdoor seating areas, walking paths, and greenspace.

The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 9th, 2024, at City Hall.
The public hearing was previously scheduled for November 25th, but it was delayed due to the ongoing postal workers’ strike and the council’s concern that residents may not have received the hearing notice in time.
Residents can watch the hearing live or as a recorded video on the City of Fort St. John YouTube channel.
The bylaw amendment can be viewed at City Hall between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from December 5th to the 9th.
