FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Dobbin Consulting Inc. will be hosting an open house on a newly proposed community named, The Station.
The Station’s proposed location will be in the southwest corner of Fort St. John between Northern Lights Drive, the Alaska Highway, the future 85th Avenue extension, and an existing residential area to the west.

Dobbin Consulting Inc. is developing the project and, if completed, will offer a variety of residential spaces, as well as space for green space and a school.
According to Dobbin Consulting’s website, The Station looks to be aligned with the City of Fort St. John’s vision and goals for growth.
“The Station plan addresses both short and long-term objectives for the City, including flexible housing options that can accommodate market demands and a portion of forecast growth.”
The Station is estimated to provide approximately 3,000 units, allowing for a new population of 7,200 over the next 20 years.
