Collision with moose near Grande Prairie send one man to hospital

This morning, just before 7 AM in Alberta, Grande Prairie Rural RCMP and local emergency services came to the scene of a collision involving a motorcycle and a moose on Highway 2.
The highway was shut down for a period of time, but has since been re-opened.
The 47-year-old male driver from Sexsmith was taken to hospital by air, and is currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
