POUCE COUPE, B.C. – The Village of Pouce Coupe has set a date for its Municipal By-Election to fill two vacant seats on council.
General voting day will be on September 18th, 2021.
Nominations for the two seats on council can be delivered by hand, mail, or delivery to the Villiage of Pouce Coupe office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from August 3rd to 13th. This excludes holidays and weekends. Nominations can also be sent by email or fax.
To be approved to sit on council, the following must be met:
The two council seats were left vacant after the departure of two council members earlier this year. Ken Drover resigned in February, while Donna White resigned in April.
