Fishing for Father’s Day
Fishing supplies are provided for those who register for tomorrow’s Learn to Fish Kids Day, sponsored by the North Peace Rod and Gun Club, Trojan Safety, Prospect Park Auto Body, and Backcountry.
Children registered must be accompanied by an adult, though they are not required to participate.
They’ll be able to put their new fishing skills to use the next day at the Father’s Day Fishing Derby, which will also take place at CharlieLakeRotaryPark.
The derby will run from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Prizes and giveaways will be handed out after the event.
