Final call for 2026 FSJ Community Awards
Residents have until July 23 to submit nominations for the 2026 Community Awards Ceremony on Sept. 12.
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The City of Fort St. John is calling on people to submit their nominations for the 19th Annual Community Awards Ceremony by July 23.
The awards ceremony, which celebrates members of the community who have contributed greatly to Fort St. John, will take place at the Moose FM block party on Sept. 12.Â
The city is asking for people to submit their nominations through their website before the deadline. The categories for nominations include the youth award, non-profit award, business award and citizen of the year award. Criteria for nominees can be found on the city website.
As it says on their website, “the Community Awards allow us to publicly recognize and honour the individuals, groups, and businesses whose talents, dedication and generosity have greatly contributed to life in Fort St. John.”
Winners will be announced on the city-sponsored stage on 103 Avenue at 12:10 p.m. on Sept. 12.Â
