Every dollar donated will go toward Cheyenne’s care and the support of her family, the post said.

According to the Lido’s website, Cheyenne was born with Hirschsprung Disease on May 22nd, 2025.

Hirschsprung Disease is a condition where the nerve cells in a baby’s large intestine are missing, resulting in bowel blockage.

In the first 48 hours of her life, Cheyenne was rushed to Vancouver’s Children’s Hospital for an emergency surgery. Since the surgery, she has undergone several abdominal procedures, all before her first birthday. Cheyenne is expected to need further surgeries in the near future.

The goal of the fundraiser is to unite the community in support of Cheyenne’s family during this difficult time. The lido said it is seeking sponsors and donations to help organize the fundraiser on May 22nd, Cheyenne’s first birthday.

In an interview with 100.1 Moose FM, Skyler Ross from the Lido said Cheyenne recently underwent another medical operation.

“I had the pleasure of chatting with her [Cheyenne’s] grandfather on Monday last week [May 4th] and she was just going in for another surgery that day down in Vancouver.”

“We wanna do something for the family,” Ross said.

Tickets to the event are available on the Lido website.
