DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — A Dawson Creek resident has been fined and handed a multi-year suspension by the BC Conservation Officer Service (BCCOS).
According to an April 15th Facebook post, Conservation Officers stopped a vehicle on the Rocky Creek Forest Service Road near Chetwynd in April 2024. Officers conducted a hunting and fishing compliance inspection of the vehicle’s occupants.
During the stop, the driver of the vehicle failed to produce valid identification, including a drivers license, vehicle insurance and a valid angling license, according to BCCOS.
