Fort St. John cannabis store applies for licence to move location

Cannabis Corner has applied to the City of Fort St. John to relocate the business to 10115 100th Street.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A Fort St. John cannabis store has applied to move in the downtown core commercial zone. 

In a public notice uploaded to the city’s Facebook page on December 24th, the city announced that Cannabis Corner has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a retail store licence. 

The store is proposed for 10115 100th Street in the city’s C-2, which is the downtown core commercial zone where a variety of commercial uses are permitted, including cannabis retail.

The application seeks to relocate the business to the new location from its previous location at 10108 100th Street. 

The notice said the proposed hours of operation are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

The city is asking residents and business owners within a 0.8-kilometre radius to comment on this proposal in writing.

Comments can be sent in by January 23rd, 2026 to be considered. It needs to include names and residential/business addresses.
