Have you seen Jesse? Police appeal for missing man with multiple tattoos, burn scars

The Fort St. John RCMP detachment said Jesse Thompson Twain has been missing since October 10th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Fort St. John RCMP officers are turning to the public for help finding a missing man.

According to a press release from the detachment, 29-year-old Jesse Thompson Twain was last seen on October 10th, 2025 in Fort St. John.

He’s described as standing five-feet-six-inches tall and weighing 152 pounds, with short brown hair, a beard, brown eyes and burn scars on his hands, ears, mouth and both arms.

Officers also say he has multiple tattoos, including the words “I am my brother’s keeper” on his left forearm, a design of a wolf and a bear with two trees on his right forearm, and Chinese writing on the back of his neck.

According to the press release, both his family and the local RCMP detachment have reason to be concerned for his wellbeing.
