Deadline approaches to book table for fall’s Community One Stop Registration

Organizations must book a table at Fort St. John’s fall Community One Stop Registration by August 31st, before the event on September 6th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Local organizations have only a few days to book a table at this year’s fall Community One Stop Registration event.

The event takes place on Saturday, September 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Totem Mall.

The City of Fort St. John describes it as a “one-stop shop” for residents to explore and register for programs, sports, recreation, leisure activities and cultural services across the North Peace region.

The cost to register is $20 per table, which includes one table and two chairs. 

Organizations can reserve up to two additional chairs, submit any special requirements through an online application form and request power for a $5 fee, although they must still bring their own extension cord.

Table applications must be submitted by August 31st, with payment made in person at the Fort St. John Visitor Centre, located at 9324 96th Street.

A full list of participating organizations will be announced on September 1st.

Set-up for the event will take place on September 6th from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and take-down is scheduled between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
