Kota’s hearing was initially scheduled for Wednesday, July 30th, before being delayed until Friday, August 1st and then being postponed again.

Meanwhile, Dyllon Cazes, whose bail hearing was scheduled for July 31st, now has a ‘technical suitability report’ hearing scheduled for Monday, August 18th.

A technical suitability report is required in case the court chooses to issue electronic surveillance conditions, in the event of Cazes being sentenced to house arrest if he is found guilty.
