Tenaris Canada president Martin Castro said the new centre “underscores” the company’s “commitment to being closer to customers in the region.”

“It will strengthen our ability to respond quickly, deliver tailored solutions and continue building lasting partnerships through our Rig Direct services in one of Canada’s most active energy regions,” Castro said.

The facility will be the third from the company in Canada, joining facilities in Grande Prairie and Sherwood Park, Alberta.
