The winners of the 2025 North Peace People’s Choice Awards presented by RE/MAX Action Realty have officially been revealed! Thank you to everyone who voted and congratulations to all of the winners! The goal of the awards is to showcase the awesome businesses, people, and organizations that make our region a great place to live. Severe Thunderstorm Warnings: were in place across northeast BC for June 16, 2025.
Side-by-Side Vehicle Flipped: in Taylor on June 19, 2025. The driver in the vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger has no reported injuries.
Sheriff Graduate Set to Work: in Fort St John. Gurnoor Dhillon will start work as deputy sheriff at the Fort St. John Provincial Court on July 9th, 2025.
