(UPDATE) Highway 52 closed for police investigation

Highway 52 past Pouce Coupe has been closed due to an active police investigation between Highway 2 and 205 Road.

Updated, June 16th, 12:09 p.m.: Highway 52 has re-opened due to the conclusion of an RCMP investigation in the area.

POUCE COUPE, B.C. — Highway 52 near the border with Alberta has been closed due to a police incident. 

According to DriveBC, a police incident between Highway 2 and 205 Road at around 9:30 a.m. on June 15th has closed Highway 52 East in both directions.
