Fort St John Today: Bright Nights in June 2025

Hi everybody,

The good news is we are expecting some much needed rain this weekend. The bad news is that a lot of events are most likely going to be impacted so make sure to check in with the organizers before heading out. For example, our Movies in the Park has been cancelled for June 13 and rescheduled for June 27.

Otherwise, we have some big returning events this weekend such as the Spirit of the Peace Powwow, the Doug Babcock Memorial at Taylor Speedway, and Bright Nights in June at the North Peace Cultural Centre. For Bright Nights, they have some big activities planned such as Art Stars, Big Print Day, and a live performance by George Canyon!
