DAWSON CREEK, B.C. —Below are the latest sentences handed down from the Dawson Creek Provincial Court between May 12th and 16th.

Hubler was found guilty of possessing a firearm without licence and/or registration for an incident in Chetwynd on December 23rd, 2022. 

Hubler was issued a 90-day conditional sentence, which is a sentence to be served outside of jail under strict conditions, sometimes called “house arrest.” 

Hubler was also issued a 10-year firearm prohibition and a $200 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.
