He was also issued an additional charge of possession of stolen property greater than $5,000.

Calliou initially had arraignment hearings for all these charges scheduled for April 1st, but the hearings were postponed.

Two of them have since been held; so far, according to Court Services Online, Calliou is guilty of two counts of breaching a release order and one count of mischief $5,000 or under.

For some charges, including two additional counts of breaching a release order and one count of theft of a motor vehicle, “stays of proceedings” were issued.

A stay of proceedings is when a trial is temporarily stopped by the Crown. It can be resumed any time within a year of the stay of proceedings being issued.

Meanwhile, Calliou’s third arraignment hearing for possession of stolen property over $5,000 is currently scheduled for May 27th.

Outside of these incidents, Calliou has an extensive criminal record, with past convictions for breaking and entering, flight from police, unauthorized possession of a firearm and more.
