“Lori’s dedication to our members, employees, and community has been inspiring,” said John Kurjata, Lake View board chair.

“Her commitment to living our credit union values and putting people first has been a hallmark of her leadership. We are grateful for her service and wish her and her family all the best in her well-deserved retirement.”

Archibald will continue in her role until the end of June 2025, while the union’s board of directors identifies her successor.

Kurjata added: “The board is approaching this with eyes wide open around the difficulties attracting quality talent to a smaller credit union in a northern community.

“Finding someone who understands the role our credit union plays for our members, and in the communities we serve, is paramount.”
