A planned BC Hydro power outage for a pole replacement scheduled for next week has been cancelled by BC Hydro.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A planned BC Hydro power outage for a pole replacement scheduled for next week has been cancelled by BC Hydro.
The outage, which was scheduled to last from 10:00 p.m. on December 5th to 4:00 a.m. December 6th, was reportedly cancelled due to “operational constraints.”
926 BC Hydro customers within the City of Fort St. John and District of Taylor would have been impacted by the outage.
When it was announced, a BC Hydro employee told Energeticcity.ca that the pole replacement and outage could be postponed and rescheduled due to the winter weather conditions.
So far, the utility has yet to announce a rescheduled date.
