2025 Pet Calendar Returns to Support Animal Charities
A local favourite of the holiday season is back for 2024, as Tiffany Wilson has released her calendar for 2025.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A local favourite of the holiday season is back for 2024, as Tiffany Wilson has released her calendar for 2025.
The Fort St. John resident made the announcement on Facebook on November 15th and hopes to raise $9,000 for animal-related charities in the region.
Wilson, who started by taking photos of friends’ and family members’ pets, incorporated her hobby into a full-time business in 2018.

According to her, she released her first calendar back in 2020.
“I was always doing stuff with SPCA, trying to help out,” explained Wilson. “I always wished I could raise that money for them and never could.”
“Then I started taking pictures, and lots of pictures of adorable little dogs. So I figured I’d share them with everybody, put together a calendar, and try and raise money.”
Deviating from previous years, this year’s calendar will be a mixture of canines from previous calendars and new entries.

Included in the calendar will be Murphy, the dog of missing hunter James Barnes.
The pair were last seen in the Ground Birch area near Chetwynd in October.
“He was chosen to go in before all that ever even happened,” said Wilson. “I got permission beforehand from his family because I didn’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings or didn’t know whether it would be a sore spot.”
“There was [also] another pet that somebody lost suddenly, and then there was an older pet. I asked all those owners, and they said, ‘Yeah, of course’. Their pet might be gone, but they still get the excitement of their pet being in something special.”
Calendars can be purchased for $30 at local retailers, including the Bone and Biscuit, Farmhouse on Main, Napa, Red Barn Cafe and Catering, The Gym, and the Rivers Animal Hospital.
All purchases are by cash only.
Wilson will also sell the calendars outside Canadian Tire on 9716 OId Fort Road in Fort St. John during Black Friday weekend, from November 28 to December 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Proceeds will benefit the Fort St. John SPCA and On Our Way Home Animal Rescue Society.
