Residents must call or visit City Hall to get an account to manage their bulk water credits. After that, they will receive account login details via email.

From there, they can log into their accounts and add money, which gives them credits to use at the Fort St. John and Charlie Lake Bulk Water stations.

More information on bulk water dispensing stations can be found on the City of Fort St. John’s website.
