Council unanimously approved the motion, and Councillors Gord Klassen, Sarah MacDougall, and Bolin formed the committee.

The trio will develop the committee’s Terms of Reference alongside staff and bring them before the council for approval during a future council session.

The Terms of Reference document will outline the committee’s authority and responsibilities and must be approved by the council before the committee can begin work.
