Fort St John Today: Keeping the Kids Busy
In this edition, we share some events happening all summer long to keep the kids busy. Plus, events happening July 2-8, 2024.

Hi everybody,
School is officially out and summer is in full swing, meaning a lot of parents are looking for things to do to keep the kids busy. I wanted to give a shout-out to the FSJ Public Library and the City of Fort St John Recreation Department as they will be hosting fun activities for the kids all summer long.
For the FSJ Public Library, their Summer Reading Club is in full swing. When I was a kid, I always loved doing the summer reading challenges as I won some sweet prizes just for reading, meaning it’s a great way to keep kids engaged throughout the break. The Library is also hosting some fun activities such as the Sunny Storytime that will be happening every Thursday in various parks around town.
