Western Canada Co-op locations face IT outages, cardlock systems down
IT service outages are impacting the Fort St. John Co-op and co-op locations across Western Canada.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – IT service outages are impacting the Fort St. John Co-op and co-op locations across Western Canada.
Problems started on Wednesday, June 26th, when the Fort St. John Co-op posted to Facebook about the outage, explaining the cardlock systems were down due to ‘server related issues.’
As of 11 a.m., cardlock systems continue to be unavailable for customers. In a comment on their Facebook post, the Co-op stated there is no estimated time for service returns.

The Fort St. John Co-op and Federated Co-operatives Limited’s web pages also appear to be affected. Co-op locations across western Canada are posting about system and operations interruptions.
Energeticcity.ca contacted the Fort St. John Co-op for comment on the situation but had yet to hear back by publication time.
