Rescued pets from Fort Nelson safe at BC SPCA, public asked to assist in the search for families

Four pets have been rescued by Fort Nelson RCMP and brought to BC SPCA North Peace on May 13th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Four pets were rescued by Fort Nelson RCMP and brought to BC SPCA North Peace on May 13th after the town was evacuated due to nearby wildfires.

The cat and three dogs are healthy and safe, but the non-profit is eager to reunite them with their families as soon as possible.

The SPCA shared the animals’ pictures in a Facebook post on May 14th.
