Fort St. John Provincial Court, January 19th sentencing:

Tyson Dwight Cote (born 1991)

Cote was found guilty of assault for an incident in Fort St. John on February 1st, 2023. Cote was given a 45-day conditional sentence, a 12-month probation order and a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.

A conditional sentence is a sentence to be served within the community.

Jamie Alison Dennis (born 1984)

Dennis was found guilty of the impaired operation of a conveyance for an incident on January 25th, 2022, in Fort St. John. Dennis was sentenced to fines totalling $1,300, including a victim surcharge and a one-year prohibition from driving.

Keelyn Mae Fox (born 1999)

Fox was sentenced for causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident in Fort St. John on December 26th, 2022. Fox was given a 12-month recognizance after the allegation, where the accused was given conditions to follow.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court, January 16th sentencing:

Pamela Rae Beaudoin (born 1983)

Beaudoin was found guilty of theft of mail, break and enter and commit an indictable offence, theft of $5,000 or under, assault with a weapon, two counts of driving while prohibited or with a suspended licence, three counts of mischief $5,000 or under and two counts of theft of mail.

The incidents occurred in Dawson Creek from June 2021 to July 2022.

Beaudoin was sentenced to 12 months probation, jail time served, a 10-year firearm prohibition, a one-year prohibition from driving, fines totalling $1,150, including victim surcharges, and a total of 329 days in jail.

Teri-Lynn Schultz (born 1987)

Schultz was found guilty of the dangerous operation of a conveyance for an incident in Tupper on August 27th, 2023. Schultz was given a $500 fine and a one-year prohibition from driving.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court, January 18th sentencing:

Oliver Marcus Enns (born 1994)

Enns was found guilty of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm for an incident on October 29th, 2022, in Dawson Creek. Enns was given a 90-day conditional sentence and a five-year prohibition from firearms.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court, January 19th sentencing:

Jesse Victor Bowley (born 1982)

Bowley was found guilty of breaching a probation order for an incident on August 30th, 2023, in Dawson Creek. Bowley was given one day in jail.
