FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Margaret Ma Murray Community School announced it will remain closed on Tuesday due to heating and boiler issues.
On Sunday, the school announced it would be closed on Monday in a Facebook post, saying the issues were a result of the extremely cold weather.
On Monday afternoon, the school further posted how “things are headed in the right direction” for the heating system, but the building will remain closed on Tuesday as well.

The school is expected to reopen on Wednesday.
A cold warning issued by Environment Canada last week came to an end Monday morning, though temperatures remain in the -30 C range in Fort St. John.
