Tre: All I care about is eating a Christmas sandwich filled with honey-glazed ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. I mean, it will be nice spending time with my wife and cats, but I am with them all the time. I only get Christmas food once a year, haha!!

Top Stories of the Week

It’s always interesting to see what the readers of Energeticcity.ca are most interested in the region. Sometimes it’s a big decision that will impact property taxes, and sometimes it’s a new restaurant coming to town. Here are the top stories for the week of December 17 to 23, 2023:

  1. Local Cowboy Places Fourth at National Finals Rodeo: and ninth overall in the world. This year marked Stephen Culling’s first attempt at the world-renowned event.
  2. Gas Prices Drop:​ in Fort St John. At the time of writing, it ranged from $1.38 per litre to $1.59 per litre.
  3. RCMP Looking for Vehicle:​ linked to “suspicious occurrence” that took place on December 12. Anyone with information is asked to contact the FSJ department.
